full arch restorations

A full arch implant restoration is any restoration that will replace a full set of missing teeth in your upper or lower jaw or both. This can include a secure denture attached to implants which is removable, to a completely fixed bridge of teeth which does not have to be removed. This can be achieved in many ways including a staged approach or a more immediate approach known as same day teeth. We can discuss the best way forward for you at your free consultation after carrying out a full assessment and CT scan.

Full arch implants can last a lifetime, depending on how well they are cared for. With proper maintenance and oral hygiene, full arch implants should be able to last 15 to 20 years or even longer. 

A full arch fixed  restoration can usually only be removed by your dentist. However, implant retained dentures can be made with “snap on” features that will enable you to put them in and take them out when required

No, full arch implants are typically not available on the NHS, except in very specific circumstances such as mouth cancer or congenital conditions. This is a private treatment that will be financed by the individual but we can offer interest free finance options to help you spread the cost.
