How long does the implant process take?

Implant retained dentures are a great option for those who want to restore their smile with long lasting, secure results. The procedure is generally done in two stages. During the first stage, dental implants are surgically placed into your jawbone and allowed to heal. During the second stage the dentures are made and secured to your implants. During the healing phase you will still be allowed to wear your existing dentures with some minor adjustments that we make.

You will usually need 4 implants to support your dentures.  In some cases in your lower jaw you can get away with just 2 implants. You can learn more about this during your free consultation.

Yes, you can sleep with implant retained dentures in place. If you choose removable dentures, they will still be secure enough to sleep in, but many people choose to remove them at night and this can be beneficial for the health of your mouth.

A single implant starts at £780 at our clinic compared to the uk average of £1000.  To get an accurate quote for your situation, book your free consultation (worth £150).

No, implants are not available on the NHS, except in very rare cases such as mouth cancer patients or patients with congenital conditions. Dental implants are only available through private dental practice, but we offer interest free payment plans to help you to manage the cost of your treatment.

From my initial query getting in touch with the clinic’s receptionist Kirsty, I was met with a friendly and informative staff team. This followed through the various processes with my doctor, Dr. Aryan Gharakhani and his team Roxana and Samiya who listened to me and explained very clearly what my options were and outlined my treatment plan.
