Smile and eat with complete
confidence again

Implant retained dentures are a type of denture restoration that uses dental implants to secure the denture in place. The implants act as anchors providing stability, retention and support for the dentures. This restoration is ideal for those who wear dentures but want them to be fixed in place so they can feel confident and not worry about them moving around

With implant retained dentures, you can enjoy your life without denture glue, poor-fitting dentures, or the risk that your dentures will come loose during the day. You'll also be able to eat your favorite foods again that were previously off limits. With implant retained dentures, the force of your bite is absorbed by your jaw and your gums, which also means you can retain your jaw bone shape around the implants.

All of this means that you can enjoy the benefits of dentures without having to worry about them slipping or becoming uncomfortable. Implant retained dentures are a great way to restore your confidence and get back to living your life with a beautiful, natural-looking smile.

The type of restoration that is best for you will depend on your lifestyle and goals but also what's best for you depending on what we find at your consultation. We will discuss all the various options available to you so you can make the right choice.

How long does the implant process take?

Implant retained dentures are a great option for those who want to restore their smile with long lasting, secure results. The procedure is generally done in two stages. During the first stage, dental implants are surgically placed into your jawbone and allowed to heal. During the second stage the dentures are made and secured to your implants. During the healing phase you will still be allowed to wear your existing dentures with some minor adjustments that we make.
